A clear path from business application to delivery

Erishan Partner access is designed for jewellery businesses that want reliable product, customer-service, quotation, order, production, and delivery workflows.

1. Apply

Submit accurate business and contact details through the Request Wholesale Catalogue page. Erishan reviews the business relationship and any information needed to support appropriate access.

2. Receive approved access

When approved, the Partner can use the products and business capabilities made available for its company. Partner tiers are New, Standard, Gold, and Signature. Tier and capability access depend on the current approved relationship and applicable product or order rules.

3. Work with products and customers

Use Products, Customers and Leads, Customer Mode, Selections, Quotes, and Draft Orders to prepare suitable recommendations and order details. Partner customer records are isolated by Partner company.

4. Confirm the order and pay

Erishan confirms product feasibility, configuration, pricing, taxes, shipping, and other order-specific requirements. Every Partner order requires 100% advance payment before production begins. No tier receives automatic credit or delayed-payment treatment.

5. Production and Quality Check

Accepted paid orders move through the applicable production workflow. Status information and Quality Check support the Partner’s visibility before shipment.

6. Shipping, tracking, and delivery

Shipment and tracking information is provided when available for the accepted destination and carrier arrangements. Duties, taxes, customs, insurance, and delivery conditions follow the written order and the Shipping & Returns Policy.

Final pricing and terms are confirmed through an approved written quotation for the specific products and order.
